Wood Strengthens Long-Term Partnership with Key Client in Iraq

Wood has strengthened its partnership with a key client in Iraq, following the award of a new contract to deliver on shared ambitions for asset life extension, enhanced production, and reduced costs across critical energy infrastructure in-country.

The five-year agreement will see Wood provide front-end engineering design, detailed engineering, procurement, and EPC contract management solutions, while continuing to progress long-term objectives to support local Iraqi talent and community support programs.

The contract will be delivered by a team of more than 250 personnel based in Dubai and Southern Iraq.
