Sleipnir makes the impossible possible offshore and sometimes inshore or, to be precise, on the quayside!

The vessel executed inshore integration lifts, including setting a new record for the heaviest lift in Norwegian waters, to successfully mate the Johan Sverdrup P2 topside on behalf of Aibel, for the end client Equinor.

The three modules weighed 13,500 metric tons, 5,400 metric tons, and 4,300 metric tons! Once constructed, the topside was loaded out onto Heerema‘s H-851 barge and towed by Kolga to Haugesund.
