The infrastructure in Central-America was not designed for the type of project cargo that Daco Heavy Lift transport on a daily basis. Daco mentioned that with super heavy cargoes, local authorities require that the bridges are braced and/or reinforced to ensure they suffer no (further) damage.

Daco’s engineering department helps the authorities to designs and constructs such reinforcements, providing save passage of the cargo without causing any damage to the local infrastructure.

As an alternative, Daco also has fly-over bridges with a bearing capacity of up to 500 tons, which can be placed on top of an existing bridge, thus preventing it from damaging. These fly-over bridges are portable and easy to install, which helps minimize additional works and costs.
